Individual intake: 60 minutes. Ongoing individual sessions: 45 minutes.
Couples intake: 90 minutes. Ongoing couples sessions: 75 minutes.

Sessions are typically weekly at a time we agree on, and we can adjust frequency based on what you need.
I’m not in-network with insurance companies, but I’m happy to provide you with a receipt (superbill) to submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. Many plans reimburse a significant portion — it’s worth calling your insurance to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits.

Couples counseling usually involves present stressors alongside a relationship history — old ruptures, patterns, and wounds that are impacting today’s connection. We work on what’s happening now while healing what came before.

Premarital counseling is more preventative. We explore the concerns, worries, or ambiguity coming up as you consider the next step — and work toward a shared vision for your future, addressing anything that might get in the way of it before it does.

In both, we stay solution-focused and in real time — while recognizing how each of your histories and attachment patterns shape the relationship you’re building together.
